An old traditional recipe was discovered at Gut Riedelsbach, Bavaria, the residence of Germany’s first Beer Somelier Mr. Bernhard Sitter, which later was enhanced and improved by Mr. Aleksander Kordyka.
Following eight weeks of fermentation, storage and constant monitoring, this specialty beer is carefully filled in glass bottles at just the right temperature. Thanks to the sophisticated filtration process and optimal storage, the beer has a guaranteed shelf life of twelve months.
It is a BIO product. CORE stands for strength and the pithy flavour!
